Carl Lawrence Burdick is an interdisciplinary design leader, project engineer and project manager based in Los Angeles.

He is also a cyclist🚵 and maker🧵.

He has a background in architecture and creative technology.

He has spent the past 17 years designing, building and installing large scale public and private artworks and
architectural features for various companies and clients, ranging from large architectural product manufacturers, to small art studios.

His research focuses on the creative intersections of technology, manufacturing, globalization, and ecology.

The work has included interactive public art, architectural systems, sculptures, and proposals for large urban interventions.

He has roots in New York and the Pacific North West.
